ok, so I'm sure i have mentioned that lee's is my all time favorite venue!! I've seen the bicycles a few times now, and the first time i saw them (about a year ago at the tranzac) they blew my socks off with their fun awesomeness!! but we saw them a few weeks ago at the library (shut-up) and they were super awful. Last night they were a a little from column A and a little from column B. meh.
now the Old Soul......well well!!! I had never heard them before, and i wasn't expecting too much....but sweet jesus! talk about mind blowing. There was so many people playing in the band they couldn't fit them all on the stage and they had to stand/sit on the speakers!! the 2 violins and 4 trumpets rounded out the show for a an amazing experience. They played the new album start to finish.....and although i'd never heard the new album, they completely sold me!!! it was super great.
the girl who stood in front of my and stole my spot only to dance on my feet....not so great!!

*note* me and snotty attended this show together and we decided to each blog about it....since he's more pro-fessional and i am more laid back......let's see how it goes.

honestly...you just didn't seem into it. The first time i could tell you were excited to up there. the library show....it felt like you didn't even want to be there......:(
but i still love your album!!!!
